  • Outlining and fulfilling all legal requirements associated with a developer establishing a corporation and organising the inaugural meeting of the Corporation
  • Offering strategic advice about community title legislation in relation to development plans
  • Aiding in the establishment of appropriate community by-law
  • Co-ordinating a sinking fund forecast and professional inaugural budget
